Home Watch Neighbor monitors your property with a trained eye. We check on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as well as the overall condition of the home and property. We will also remove any newspapers and flyers from the front of the home and notify the homeowner of any irregularities found during the visit so that they be resolved in a timely fashion.
Real-time Reporting
Home Watch Neighbor utilizes the exclusive Home Watch Reporting Program Software powered by QRIDit. Checklists are customized specifically for each property. The software is GPS-enabled allowing homeowners to have proof of every visit, reports on the condition of the property, project updates, repairs, deliveries and more. Homeowners can access reports anytime from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. It is the most advanced and effective reporting system in the home watch industry.

Meet your neighbor Jeff
As a 25-year part-time resident of Arizona, I recognized the need for a reliable, reputable, dependable home watcher. While I appreciated my neighbor's efforts to "check on the house", there was simply not enough attention to detail. Upon arriving to our vacation home in Arizona, my wife and I would find minor issues needing to be addressed. We would find lights that needed to be replaced, issues with the drip system, or a chirping smoke alarm. Now, as a full-time resident, I have decided to help my Arizona neighbors by creating Home Watch Neighbor. I will be your eyes, ears and nose when you are away from your Arizona home.
